We booked a 5 day, 4 night multi family (11 people) vacation. We visit Bend every couple years and always utilize STR. The backyard pics sold us as we have kids, a dog, and planned to spend our evenings at the property and grill out. Unfortunately, the road noise, lack of lighting (string lights were very dim and mostly burnt out), over chlorinated hot tub, and large mosquito population (huge tree by the deck & citronella candles didn’t help) prevented us from enjoying the space like we had hoped each evening. As for the house, the kitchen was not stocked how we were expecting for the price, the ice & coffee machines didn’t work properly, the washing machine was moldy, and the air mattress we planned to use for the kids didn’t fit upstairs. The dog & kids did enjoy the yard each morning and looked forward to checking for eggs. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets were provided. Due to this, our prior experiences, and the price, we wouldn’t stay here again.

5 Stars - Home was exactly as described, communication with the owner/host was very clear and responsive, check-in/out was easy, home was maintained and cleaned well. Would recommend to others
