I stay there for 2 days and it was a great experience. All the instructions were clear and even Janet respond so detailed for all my queries. You will get your own space even when they are around and you will not feel lonely as you can share and talk to them about day.I travelled solo and had a great conversation of my day activities with Janet when I reached back. Lots of love to both. Thanks for having me there.

I stayed 12 nights at Janet and Adrian's house and really enjoyed my stay. They were both really friendly and welcoming. The check in/out was easy, the rooms and bathroom were clean and the kitchen was fully equipped for any cooking. The location is great as well as it's quiet and there are local bus stops as well to get into the town. I would recommend for anyone looking to book a stay in Derby as they are both fantastic hosts!

It was an amazing experience. they were great hosts. The place was excellent with all the facilities that you need. Very calm and a quite place too. All in all it was great value for money. I would like to recommend this place very highly.

Janet and Adrian's home is very cozy with personal touches here and there. There are clear instructions provided regarding whatever we need and the hosts are extremely friendly. I absolutely felt at home living there!
