Welcome to your peaceful and quiet stay. The bedroom has a double bed, both neat and spacious with a neat and clean bathroom. Wind down with luxury sheets and high end amenities. A 7 min drive or train ride to Penn Station and 14 min drive to EWR. Area transportation is convenient. We are located 2 blocks from the Park Ave Train Station; 1 block from Dunkin Donuts, KFC, Dominican restaurant, laundromat, cleaners, and 2 delis; and 5 min walk to grocery. A clean and peaceful space to work, study, read and explore the neighborhood and two blocks away, the famous Branch Brook Park designed by Central Park architect, William Olmsted. The bedroom is cozy and cute with ample room for spreading out and storing luggage and clothing. The appliances in the kitchen are all clean and new. Enjoy the large living room for relaxing and embracing natural light streaming through the large window. The guests in the house are young professionals and grad students and are quiet and respectful of each other and the space. We love to welcome guests that are ambitious; love healthy and clean living; meditation; yoga; working out; joyful; passionate; tolerant and accepting; and excited about life. If none of these things sounds like you, please do not book as this home is for positive energy + positive vibes only. Friendly and prompt host. FREE street parking is available during the day. After 5pm weekdays you will have to park a block or two away.

Newark is the Garden State’s largest metropolis and is located just 8 short miles from Manhattan. Air, water, roadway, railway, bike path, footbridge and subway, Newark offers every manner of transportation imaginable, providing access that’s unbelievable.
The transportation in the Roseville neighborhood is super convenient! After taking the light rail to Newark Penn Station 2 blocks away, its only a 20 minute commute to Midtown, NYC by train.
For entertainment, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC). Take on the largest premium outlet mall in the state, The Outlet Collection, Jersey Gardens, welcoming over 18 million visitors a year. Other activities include the Newark Museum; NHL New Jersey Devils; and NCAA Seton Hall Men’s Basketball that you can watch close by at the Prudential Center.
If you visit in the spring, experience the largest collection of cherry blossoms in the nation. Branch Brook Park blossoms with over 4,300 cherry trees, and holds the continent’s 5th largest cathedral, located 3 blocks from the house.

The closest train station is the Park Avenue Newark Light Rail Station (2 blocks away) and it takes you to Newark Penn Station in 10 minutes. From there, the NJ Transit or Path train gets you to New York in 25 minutes
