Lamis came to our rescue in the space of an hour after being scammed at another apartment. Very responsive from the outset and met us asap with the keys for the apartment. Understand the apartment is new but was very clean - could do with a few more amenities eg. iron, tea/coffee but had everything we required for a short stay. Location within walkingn distance to city centre but on street parking was very convenient. Lamis remained in contact throughout and was very helpful. Thank You
