Melissa's place is brand new and modern. It was spotless when we checked in and comfortable for our stay. The private pool is a nice touch for relaxing. Melissa was very responsive and accommodating from our first correspondence and I do not hesitate to highly recommend her as a host! Just a note for people staying here: Make sure the water heater is turned on when you check-in. We did not have hot water to begin with, but were able to find it and turn it on easily. It is located in front of the dryer in the laundry room, which is connected to the kitchen.

It was my first time costa rica, from the start Melissa and the other host have been helpful with recommendations and quick with their responses. Their home was very clean and looked exactly as pictured. The pool was peaceful at night! The neighborhood was quiet as well, I hardly saw the neighbors. There was construction next door, but the noise didn't bother me (my loud music helped). I was looking forward to cooking but unfortunately there were not enough pots or pans.

Great place to stay! Close to El Coco with great food and shopping. Our host was amazing to respond very quickly and the house was clean. I highly recommend this place. We will return and stay here again.
