We arrived at night using Uber from Basel SBB. We are extremely happy and relieved finding the room, after a tiring journey. The place is spacious and clean. There are 2 bedrooms. My wife, daughter and I stayed in one room, and the other became our luggages room. The place is actually easily accessible from Tram station. Communication with Raphael and Michelle is easy. We can get Basel cards upon request. We also use the washing machine and drier easily at the basement. We can reach Coop (8 minutes) and Migros (5 minutes) on foot, where we can buy supplies like detergent, cooking oil, food etc. We need to extend our stay for one day, and it's easily accomodated by Raphael and Michelle. Internet is great, the TV has YouTube which is great for my daughter. We also love Tierpark Lange Erlen, which is 14 minutes walk. There's so much to tell, but all in all we're very satisfied and happy staying here. Thanks a lot Raphael and Michelle!
