The main room has a built-in closet, a television, and a 150 cm double bed; The second room has a single bed with a simple wardrobe and a desk where you can work comfortably. The apartment's bathroom is very spacious and the kitchen, living room and dining room area is integrated, forming a modern and warm environment at the same time.

Muy buen apartamento
Viajé con mi familia. Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, la limpieza, el barrio y sus alrededores (mercados y transporte público muy muy próximos). Incluso, se puede ir caminando al centro de la ciudad. El check-in fue perfecto y muy fácil. Es un apartamento super nuevo, con todo lo necesario y muy confortable. Gabriel, quien nos atendió, fue muy amable y siempre disponible. Muy atento y preocupado por ayudar en lo que fuera necesario. Recomiendo fuertemente.

It is a quiet, mainly residential neighborhood that borders Turia Park and has access through the city's main avenues.
You can explore the neighborhood on foot as it is very safe and quiet. To move to other areas of the city, it has a good direct bus connection to the beach, the train station and the city center.
For cars there is free parking on the street and paid parking less than a 10-minute walk away.
