I booked this as a hotel alternative while in Baltimore for work. The place itself was fairly clean, but the entire building has a strong marijuana odor. It is on the 4th floor and it was not included in the listing that the elevator was broken, so I had to drag 2 50 lb suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. Not the end of the world, but definitely a frustrating inconvenience. There was no instructions provide for wifi and host took almost two hours to respond to a request for the info, then needed an additional prompt to provide correct info. The bath towels were brand new, not washed, and cheap so after showering and drying myself off I was coffered in small swabs of the material from the towel. Overall, it wasn't the worst experience, but didn't meet my expectations and I would've been much better served staying at a hotel.
