Photos just reflect how the first floor looks. Second floor extremely dated, tiny rooms and poorly maintained. It is like a diferente apartment between different floors. The building is located in the intersection of 2 extremely noisy big - traffic heavy avenues while the windows have no noise insolation, so every day you wake up to the blaring horns of cars going crazy. Lastly internet is extremely unreliable and the apartment managers claim “it is not under their control”. Something also to be noted is that dryer does not work, there is no coffee machine and all small appliances are in terrible condition.
