Boat rental delivery available! The space This 3 story lake house is a large group vacationers dream featuring 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms (each bedroom has own private bath). Large main kitchen on top floor plus kitchenette with bar on lower level. 2 story dock with covered slip and a water slide! In addition, we have a dedicated driveway with plenty of parking. Free internet and long distance. The first floor features wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and large pantry. For dining, you’ll have 2 dining tables and a large island/bar that seats 8. The large covered deck overlooking the lake has a large 2 comfortable rockers , a dining table, chairs, and a gas grill. The second floor features a family room with a patio to relax on (get away if you feel the need) . The 4 spacious bedrooms have a queen bed and a daybed with a private bathroom attached. A laundry facility is also on this level. The third floor features a large rec room with 2 couches, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, bar and 2 arcade games for the young at heart. All 3 bedrooms have private bathrooms. One has 2 bunk beds (full on bottom and twin on top). One bedroom with a queen bed and a child’s bed. The other has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is also a half bath on this floor for everyone to use. The fourth level down has the 7 person hot tub on a separate patio. Little father down is a private fireplace. Both are overlooking Norris Lake and the Smoky Mountains. This is a NON SMOKING home. Minimum age 27 years to rent.
