For those hot summer days, we are just down the street from one of the 3 StoneBridge COMMUNITY POOLS! Close enough to grab your towels (bring your own pool towels) and walk on over! The beautiful pool (open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend) is the perfect spot to cool off in the summer or lounge with your favorite book in one of the pool-side chairs!
A short 5 minute drive away is the small lake... Forest Lake, in the StoneBridge community. It offers a beautiful walking track around the pond and catch and release fishing, so just bring your poles! (no fishing license required) Several of the other StoneBridge amenities are in this same location including a large zero-entry pool overlooking Forrest Lake. It is open seasonally, Memorial Day to Labor Day, just bring your pool towels! There is also a sand volleyball court, half basketball court, playground, and walking trail around Forest Lake!
You will also have access to the clubhouse which includes 3 tennis courts, a fitness center, and another outdoor pool (also open seasonally). You can set up a tee time to play a round at LedgeStone’s golf course (for a fee) or enjoy dinner out at the LedgeStone Bar and Grill.
BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE!
Indian Pointe Marina is just 15 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! The State Park Marina is only 20 minutes away and would be another great option! If you are bringing a boat with you, both marinas are available for you to set up plans for easy storage!
STONEBRIDGE CAR FEE NOTICE!
I did want to update you on a new policy just put in place by the resort's POA. Starting March 1st, 2023, StoneBridge will be implementing a $5 charge per vehicle per night that will need to be paid at the gate upon entering the resort. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We did our best to prevent this from being put in place. Or head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is conveniently located just one mile from the StoneBridge Village entrance!
The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!
The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!
AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With Indian Point Marina only 15 minutes from the cabin, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!
