There is direct access to the beach through a small gate. There are also two vacation apartments on the property. A furnished pavilion, barbecue, seating areas in the garden, bicycle storage facilities, a parking lot and bicycles for hire as well as free WiFi (availability limited at times due to bandwidth) are available to all guests on the spacious grounds. Additional parking spaces for cars, boats, canoes etc. are available on request for a fee. The approx. 130 m² non-smoking house is spread over two floors. On the lower floor there is a large living room with bay window and lake view (upholstered suite, armchair, seating area in the bay window, dining table, flat screen TV), a separate kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave with grill, dining table, various small kitchen appliances), a bathroom (bath, shower, WC, hairdryer) and a separate guest WC. A large bedroom with lake view and access to the balcony (1 double bed, 1 crib) and another bedroom (double bed) can be reached via the stairs. The windows in the bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room (except bay window) are fitted with insect screens. The vacation home can be heated centrally all year round via a condensing boiler. The kitchen, bathroom, guest WC and hallway have underfloor heating. Final cleaning is included in the total price. To be paid on site: Deposit 150 EUR, electricity/heating costs and water according to consumption. The village of Wokuhl is located directly on the edge of the eastern part of the Müritz National Park with the Serrahn Beech Forest (UNESCO World Heritage Site). The centrally located village of Wokuhl between the residential town of Neustrelitz (approx. 9 km), the water town of Fürstenberg/Havel (approx. 14 km) and Lychen (approx. 15 km) offers numerous excursion possibilities. The Pfarrsee lake with bathing area is located in the middle of the village, where there is an antique farm with the purchase and sale of antiques. A riding stable approx. 3.5 km away also offers riding lessons and rides. The region is very rich in forests and lakes and therefore offers the best conditions for active vacationers and anglers. The nearest shops and bakery are in Neustrelitz, approx. 9 km away. Neustrelitz has developed into a cultural center of the Mecklenburg Lake District thanks to its numerous events, exhibitions and theater and dance performances.
