As this is an old house, please note the low ceiling heights, especially on the upper floor (2.10 m). This tastefully furnished non-smoking apartment on the first floor for 2 adults and 1 baby is approx. 55 m² in size and has a combined living room/bedroom (double bed, two armchairs, flat-screen TV), a large, fully equipped kitchen (dining table, sofa, electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, osmosis water filter system), a bathroom (shower, bathtub, WC, hairdryer) and a large furnished terrace in the inner courtyard. A travel cot and a high chair can be provided on request. Breakfast can be taken in a bakery just a few steps away for a fee. A free parking lot can be used directly in front of the house, further parking spaces (chargeable during the day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) can be found directly in the street or free of charge a few steps away in the surrounding area. You can stop in front of the house for loading and unloading. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity and water costs.
