It has a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio), a bedroom (double bed), a kitchen (dining area, electric stove with oven, fridge, microwave, various kitchen appliances), bathroom with shower/WC and a balcony with a view of the garden. The house has central heating. There is a seating and barbecue area, parking space, bicycles for rent (5 Euro/day each). A crib and high chair can be provided for small children. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Benz, the village surrounded by wooded hills on the Schmollensee, is one of the most beautiful villages on the island of Usedom. Attractions include St. Peter's Church and the accessible Dutch windmill. There are restaurants in the village and good fishing opportunities at Schmollensee.
