The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Hanoi, Vietnamese house called "Nha Pho Co" (OLD QUARTER HOUSE) with a modern style and the best street view from the balcony. From here, you can reach every tourist places around by walking on feet. There are a lot of restaurants and many souvenir shops nearby. If you want to travel somewhere, I can give you more information/ tips/ prices and help you to book the tour with a cheapest price, trustfully and guaranteed. The apartment is inside a small alley in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, but it is safety here, no any problem as this area is the most popular for foreigner tourists and the alley isn't too long. About our flat: + The way has 11 stairs up to our apartment. + There are 2 floors in the apartment, the living room and kitchen are downstairs, the bedroom is upstairs. There is 1 bathroom for each floor. + One bedroom with King size (1m8*2m) bed. If you are a group of 3-4 people, we will set up one more extra bed on the floor (1m6*2m).

excellent location, lovely to watch the city move below on the balcony. the host arranged a car for our 3am airport transport, cheaper than the Grab app. highly recommend if wanting to experience Hanoi city centre
The alley was unclean and had some weird smell occasionally, which is what made us uncomfortable in first place. The bathrooms are not really well equipped and are small. They just had hand showers and probably had some loose fittings. The projector was good and had better quality and was fun for our kids to use. We booked for 4 nights, but after 2 nights we could no longer adapt to the alley and smell around and hence we checked out early and shifted to another place. Overall Quynh as a host was really helpful and caring, she was prompt with all requests. I wish she could have managed the place better with good quality stuff fitted in the apartment, stainless sofa. Kitchen was well equipped but was probably old build. Refrigerator was not that clean. There are lot of stuff which are not useful of the owner in the apartment, which was bothering at times. But overall place is decent value for money and is in heart of the old town.
Great location with lots to do locally! Heaps of space and the AC and fans work a treat. Clean amenities and fully furnished. Only thing were the mosquitoes and flies but that's to be expected in a humid climate. Really nice that they provide towels, slippers and linen 😊 Quynh was super responsive throughout the whole trip and in the lead up. There was no booking the night before and she let us check in early which was a massive bonus.

The house JinZin home is located in Hang Thùng, Ha Noi, Vietnam.
The neighborhood is right in the heart of the old quarter, next to Hoan Kiem Lake 200m, NIGHT MARKET 500m far, and all attractions in Hanoi. The area is quite nice.
Our neighbors are truly Hanoian families. There are up to 2-3 generations live under the same roof. They're living witnesses of Vietnam's historic moments. The first generation has the same age with the house I guest. It is old but not cold. Our neighbors are friendly and kind, Just say hello to them, then receive a smile (we shouldn't make noise or speak loud when we walk through the way as we respect our neighbors)
The area is one of the most wanted places to live in Hanoi for both Viet and expats. By walking:
- 3 mins to Hoan Kiem lake.
- 5 mins to the night market at the weekend.
- 3 mins to walking street.
- 7 mins to Beer street (Tạ Hiện street)
- 1 mins to famous Giảng Egg Coffee
The train street is 1.3 km far.
- Local markets are all around.
- Mini stores, restaurants, street foods, Vietnamese coffee shop, pharmacy stores, all are scattered around.
1. 1 km walking from the drop off place of the airport bus. If you want to take a private car, please contact me to arrange. I often arrange it for our guests, which drop off at our address with a known price.
