The house and location are lovely. The garden is beautiful and the kids loved exploring it and the toy selection that's is there. The house is very spacious. The beds are comfortable. Towels and bedding were nice and clean. Check in and communication were ideal, no problems. Our only criticism was that the general cleanliness of the floors was quite poor, the carpet is quite grubby and in need of washing or replacing. The walls were quite dirty and marked with some holes that need filling and nails that need removing, and the oven wasn't very clean. The kitchen tap is broken as it comes off during use and a few bits could do with slight repairs. General sides and surfaces etc were clean though. It was a nice surprise to have shower gel and shampoo/conditioner left for us also, thank you. Its a lovely place in a lovely area close to London. It would not take much to improve it to make it brilliant.

The stay was amazing and easy to find. The pull out beds were really helpful and the sofas are really comfy.
