Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment. Der Blick auf das Meer ist erstklassig . Wir haben dort wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge erlebt. Der große Privatpool direkt vor der Terrassentür, ist Luxus pur. Achtung, es gibt viele streunende Katzen , die um Essen betteln und sich heimlich in die Wohnung schleichen! Einfach ignorieren und Streng bleiben, dann halten sie Abstand. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, der ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Es lohnen sich Spaziergänge unten am Meer oder um das Haus herum in Richtung Felsenküste. Dort auf dem Felsen hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Küstenstreifen. Zuweilen, kann es sehr windig werden ! Die Empfehlung von Manos waren sehr hilfreich. Unser Lieblingsrestaurant war Glykeria. Die lokalen Preise in den Supermärkten sind im Vergleich zu den Preisen in deutschen Märkten deutlich höher! Mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar. Der Strand von Elfanosis ist nur 15 min Autofahrt. Wir würden das Apartment noch mal buch

Livadia villa is located at the south west part of Chania prefecture near the village of Livadia.
The nearest beach is only 950 meters away, while the nearest sandy beach, Stomio beach, is only a 10-minute drive. One of the most famous beaches, Elafonissi, is only 20 minutes away. It’s like paradise on earth and has a wonderful beach with pink coral sand and crystalline waters. It is considered as one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. It will make your vacation stay unforgettable.
The village tavern is within walking distance from the villa, while there are several others 10-20 minutes away.
Located not far from the villa, the Agia Irini Gorge is a popular hiking destination. It offers a less crowded alternative to the more famous yet further away from the villa Samaria Gorge, with equally stunning natural beauty.
Other sites you may enjoy, include Paleochora village, Agia Sofia Cave, Kedrodasos Beach, Monastery of Chrysoskalitissa and many others.
A car is recommended for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property.

Hello there, I am Manos, owner and manager of CreteVillas4U. I have been in the hospitality sector long before CreteVillas4U, however. I was actually born, grew up, and spent most of my life in a hotel owned by my family. So, I guess it came as no surprise when I expressed my wish to study in Rhodes’ Tourism School and, later on, when I decided to start my own business in the sector. One thing I learned growing up in a family-run hotel is that hospitality is more than hotel management, logistics and operations. It is a culture, passing down from one generation to the next. You can study to be a hotel manager but you cannot study to be hospitable. I apply this philosophy in my business as well. The rule is simple: the guests of the villas I manage are my guests. As an active traveller, I expect nothing less myself. The fourth generation of Dafermos hoteliers has already been born. I know now that my two beautiful children will probably follow my steps, like I did before them. There is a small difference though: they are smarter, more educated, better (big smile).
