The place has a lovely shaded yard and is a decent size. The only issue which might be an issue for anyone over 150 lbs is the bathroom is really small. There are only about 6 inches clearance between the front of the toilet and the wall. We had to side saddle the toilet and we’re <150#. To get to the shower you have to scoot past the toilet. If you’re on the larger side this could be a problem so be aware. It was ok for us but I would hate to think a person of 300 lbs trying to use this as I think it would not be possible. The beds are comfortable. The AC units work. The TV is mounted conveniently. The place is very clean. The water pressure is good. The water heater worked well. There was no hair dryer . We didn’t cook anything there but it looked like there were some cooking utensils and trash bags and an iron. Best part was there is an outdoor plug that I was able to plug my EV into. Overall a good value and quiet safe place. The BBQ place up the street is awesome.

Yuruany had great communication with myself. Very friendly and attentive as well. I was astonished when i drove in to the parking and my jeep was to tall she took the time to cut of some branches off the tree so my car wouldn't get scratched. Just such an amazing person 100% recommend.
