We had the most wonderful stay with Marcelle and Filipo. The breakfasts Marcelle prepared were delicious. Their warm and friendly hospitality made us feel at home immediately. Marcelle’s recommendations were spot on. We were even invited into the local village for their celebrations. I will send anyone I know travelling to stay Sicily to stay with Marcelle!!

Where to start to describe the hospitality Marcelle and Filippo provided us with. Delicious breakfast with Sicilian specialities served in their home kitchen, insider-tips for whatever you want to see in the direct environment, a tractor-ride with the kids on their own vast olive-farm and visit to the horses. We even got invited on a typical family-gathering-barbeque and felt at home immediately thanks to the dedication of our hosts. The kids even got the chance to do some karaoke on their musical hero Taylor Swift. Next time we go to Sicilie we'll definitely come to visit the people and the place again! Filippo did a great job arranging the refreshing pool, we played in it for hours ...Best experience from our holiday, recommended to anyone who needs a rest from the daily tredmill and needs some quiet time off.

We felt welcome from the second we arrived. Marcelle and Filippo are really the best hosts you can imagine. Their hospitality exceeds all we've experienced so far. Our kids never wanted to leave this marvelous place. The farm is located close to a small town and between some really interesting spots in Sicily. But actually it's not necessary to leave the farm at all. There is a nice pool, there are lovely dogs and cats and some other animals. The breakfast was a highlight every day and every moment we got in touch with our hosts we felt like friends. They had so many ideas and we loved to spent our time with them. The kids got the eggs from the chicken in the morning, drove with the tractor, shoot with bow and arrow and many more. We'd love to come back!

What a wonderful wonderful place. Marcelle and Filippo really are exceptional hosts and the property and our stay was perfect in every way. They made us feel like family, with warmth, generosity and kindness to another level. Brand new pool, fruit picked straight from the trees, incredible food, tractor rides, horses, just so much fun - My kids absolutely did not want to leave and have asked repeatedly when can we return. We miss you Marcelle and Filippo (and of course the dogs!) and will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Marcelle and Filippo's place with our two sons. The apartment is well equipped and the yard and fields are very pleasant. The hosts really thought about all the details to make our stay perfect (inflatable toys in the swimming pool, a fresh drink on arrival, mosquito spray to take, ...). They were warm and lovable to our kids. They made time for them to see the horses, allowed them to 'help' harvesting eggs, see the birds, ... The delicious breakfast made our days start well and the home-made dinner under the starry sky was the cherry on top of our week. Thanks!
