How many amazing things to say about this property!! Let’s start inside the house… this is one of the first large homes that is actually equipped for hosting as many people as fit inside. There are plenty of towels, plates, cups, cooking tools, pots and pans, cutting boards, basic seasonings, sugar, coffee and tea, as well as a water purifier. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, and sponges… you only need to bring your clothes and some groceries. The bedding was all very soft and clean… comfortable mattresses. Each floor of the house had its own air conditioning system. The only tiny wish I had (which I’m sure the owners share) is that the fireplaces worked through out the house… but especially in the kitchen. It’s just so grand it must be amazing for the winter. Outside- the view of the lake, the horses and green lawns was spectacular! What could be better than living next door to two horses who are happy to be fed and groomed and loved on by you (Toby & Roxy)

1904 Manor is hands down the perfect place for family, friends, and more to stay when visiting the bourbon trail, Keeneland, or Lexington. You’ve got to be there to truly experience the serenity. The home is full of charm with beautiful natural light filling the home. The wrap around porch is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The home is full of space! We had 14 adults, and it never felt crowded. Each of us was amazed by the tour. The property is amazing! There is so much space! Very private and the fire pit is a great spot to gather and relax. Scarlett and Toby are such sweet horses! Several in our group fed the horses carrots and apples, and they quickly befriended us and followed our group around. Nadia is an excellent host! She was very communicative and quick to answer any questions. I only wish we had stayed longer. I’m already considering going back to 1904 Manor for a family reunion in the future. By far the best Airbnb experience and location!

An absolute perfect place to stay with a group! t's very private with several beautiful outdoor spaces. The beds are all very comfortable, and because the house is so large with many rooms it's easy for people to be playing games or hanging out while others are sleeping. I would most definitely stay again!!!!
