Perfect neighborhood, very cute and walkable with great restaurants and shops. Emile was always quick to respond and could not have been more kind and accommodating. There was some dirt and grime mainly in the bathroom. Overall, a great spot for our authentic Paris vacation!

Emile was a great host - responsive and a great communicator. The apartment is perfect for those looking to explore Paris on foot. Not too close to the sites, not too far that the walk is too long. The surrounding markets and restaurants are lovely and not too loud if you want an early night. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Ravie de mon séjour dans cet adorable appartement du 7e : quartier calme, isolé de la foule touristique, mais Ô combien bien situé ! L’appartement était très bien agencé, soigné, plus grand que l’impression donnée par les photos et il ne manquait de rien. Merci à Emile pour sa réactivité et pour la petite attention ! :)

Emile est très sympathique et réactif, un cadeau d'accueil à mon arrivée, que j'ai apprécié. Logement calme et très agréable, chambre spacieuse.
