An inverter is also available in case of load-shedding. The kitchen is adjacent to the open plan lounge and TV area and is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The cottage makes provision for a wooden desk and chair for office purposes and is also equipped with an inverter as well as top loader washing machine located in the bathroom. The living area offers a large flat screen TV, black wood coffee tables, comfortable sleeper couch, and additional seating, opening onto a small outdoor balcony, overlooking the estate with beautiful sea views.

Guests have the opportunity to engage in various activities available in the area, including but not limited to the Mossel Bay Zipline, Shark Cage Diving, Horseback Riding, Elephant Interaction, Helicopter Scenic Flight to Pinnacle or the surrounding area, and numerous other options for exploration and adventure. On-site facilities include the La Vita Spa with heated indoor pool, the Cliffside restaurant and bar, the Pinnacle Point conference and function venue, the Pinnacle Fitness Centre with a lovely Playpark located next to the Driving range .
Guests will be provided with an access PIN prior to their arrival. The PIN together with drivers' license has to be presented to the security official at the main gate. Guests proceed with the road to the estate and turn left at Eastwood Drive which lead to Fairways Drive on the left hand side. Designated open double parking stand available for guests. Staircase leads to the one level apartment with lovely views towards the ocean
