It would be very difficult to find the words to describe how amazing this place is. From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away. The check in process was seamless. The host was one of the best hosts we’ve had at an AIRBNB. Natalia was very responsive and a great communicator, from start to finish. Our stay was so peaceful. We never heard anyone else. We slept like babies in one of the most comfortable mattresses we’ve experienced at an AIRBNB. The only issue that came up the entire stay, was the frame under the mattress had a small issue causing the bed to dip in the middle. I let Natalia know and she immediately had her employee come and fix it. Life happens and things break, and there is no way to avoid that, but how we respond to it and make it right is what matters and Natalia was on it right away. The condo was so clean, it was shocking. We have high standards and this surpassed our expectations. We are already planning our next trip back. Thank you Natalia!
