Jason was an exceptional host. He consistently checked in on us throughout our extended stay and maintained an incredibly reliable housekeeping service. The property's central location and numerous amenities for both short and extended stays exceeded our expectations, and we would unquestionably choose to stay there again. I have to say it was a very fine place indeed. I'm a public figure, so I was looking for a quiet place that has great decor and style. it was way over my expectations. Jason is the best host I have ever come across and is very classy, man. You can tell by his place and his conversation. I came to town to shoot a new TV show . It was the perfect place to stay while working in America. I look forward to visiting again for longer. tusen takk.

I tried to think of the best way to be very objective with this review, and pros and cons felt to be that. The overall summary of my feedback is that when things went wrong (toilet broke, bathtub didn't drain), Jason was aggressive, disrespectful and Air BNB even found that he discriminated against me. Happy to share this finding if you DM me on IG [WEBSITE HIDDEN BY AIRBNB]. That said, the house is nice and in a good location. Jason did do some things to provide a good experience and you can tell that Air BNB is more than just a random hobby for him. I feel really strongly that there is no place for discrimination of any type, and therefore I am happy to speak in detail with anyone thinking of booking. If you want to hear in more detail about my experience, please message me on IG [WEBSITE HIDDEN BY AIRBNB] About 4 weeks into my stay, the toilet totally stopped working/flushing and the bathtub stopped draining. After 6 hours of not having a usable toilet, Jason sent me drain cleaner to pour in. It didn't work and I had to get a hotel for the night out of my own pocket. The next morning, I was told to just deal with the non functioning toilet and I had to pay $400 for a plumber myself to get it working. Jason told me that if I wanted hotel quality service (I didn't realize a functioning toilet is hotel standards), that I should stay at the 4 seasons. He also used racial language, which Air BNB flagged as discriminatory. Pros: - The house was nicely decorated, cool art decor vibe - Jason was communicative and responsive - There were tips inside the house of cool things to do in the area, etc. - House was in probably the best location in West Hollywood Cons: - House wasn't as clean as I would like and there was more wear and tear than pictures depict - rust in bathroom, mold/stains on bathtub, dust caked to edges of washer/dryer - The couch is uncomfortable, you sink way in and your back hurts - There is no phone service in the house, have to go to sidewalk for all calls - Outdoor space is too small to be useable and cushions were too dirty to sit on - About 2 weeks into my stay, I got a flurry of messages from Jason asking to get into the house to collect personal possessions. When I didn't answer (I don't check my Air BNB account daily), I started getting phone calls from Air BNB asking me to answer Jason. Thought it was a bit frantic and much. Someone also wanted to reset the internet in the middle of the workday, which I found annoying. - About 2 weeks into my stay, the toilet broke - Jason originally asked me to wait 12 hours for it to be fixed, and was annoyed when I asked for it to be fixed sooner since I needed a functioning toilet - Refusal to fix a broken toilet 4 weeks into my stay - Discriminatory language and behavior
