Susan and Kosta were incredibly responsive to every query. They provided extra welcome gifts upon check-in, which was a lovely touch. I particularly appreciated the high chair for my son, as well as the toys and activity items. The kitchen was fantastic and felt just like home. Their amenities, including the washroom and laundry facilities, are high-tech and very convenient. The location is excellent, with everything either streetcar accessible or within walking distance, and it's close to all basic necessities. I loved the place. Thanks, Kosta and Susan! Would love to book this place again in the future! ---
