The place is clean and is equipped with things you need such as: plates, bowls, utensils, dish rack, soap, shampoo, lots of towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, microwave, fridge, tv, lots of lighting, hangers, three trash bins, tissue, and really nice quality toilet paper. The wifi is SUPER fast. My 2012 Macbook tested it at PING: 15 MS, Download Speed: 57.32 Mbps, Upload Speed 24.06 Mbps. However, I did experience one power outage instance that affected the entire building. It lasted about an hour. Not the host's fault. There is some construction going on outside of the building that you can hear. Sometimes I can hear the planes flying over or people walking/talking outside of the street at 2 AM. But these aren't big issues; just some observation. I really enjoyed my stay that I extended it 4 more nights because of the convenience of the 7-Eleven downstairs and The Salad Concept literally 10 seconds directly across the street where I get a daily dose of wheatgrass shots in the morning. Right next to this building are local food shops where you can buy food for 35-40 THB.

The appartement was amazing, the location is perfect, and close to all facilities. Arm is very kind and available to help you during your stay. (Thank you Arm!) We recommend !

The location is very central to the bustling Nimmanhaemin area. The owner put his unique decorating touches in the room, and the remodeled bathroom is nicely done. There is no stove for cooking one's own meals, but there is a microwave and toaster. No washing machine, but a shop has machines right downstairs at 20 baht per load. The biggest drawback is that the building is a bit old. Lights were turned off in the dark hallway during the day, and several units were doing noisy renovations... but of course these are no fault of the host, who did a fine job.
