Disappointing Experience The host, Jack, was unresponsive and provided no check-in instructions despite my late arrival. When I finally got in around 1am, there was only one towel, even though I had mentioned my husband. The noisy children starting at 7am the next morning were a major issue due to poor soundproofing. Despite there’s clean & spacious room with toilet attached, it was a disappointing stay which I can’t give a good rating.

We feel fortunate to have met Jack and spent 10 days at his place. He's not only a genuinely kind person but also a wealth of knowledge about Perth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends for another stay. Jack was instrumental in helping us settle here, and we're deeply grateful for his assistance. Fantastic stay at Jack’s AirBnB! I felt at home with the family from the first moment and they treated me lovely the entire time. The bedroom was big with a desk, walk in closet and a on-suit bathroom with shower. The city centre is only 20min away on the bus and the airport is only 15min by car, Jack also had a service where he drove me to the airport for a small extra fee. I could definitely recommend staying here:)
