Good option for solo traveller, extremely well located, cozy small apartment with everything you need for a few nights. Martin is very friendly and accommodating.
The Airbnb is conveniently placed next to old town making it easy to walk into as well as with lovely parks nearby. The place is spotless with a very well-equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer/dryer. The bed is in a loft style up some steep stairs which optimized the use of space (but beware for those who might have difficulty). We showed up for a long weekend and got a great list of places from Martin, would highly recommend :)

All types of public transport is available just minutes from the apartment, scooters, taxi, etc.
