the location was great. surrounded by bus stops and the tube and overground station nearby. the space was clean and spacious. tina was very quick to respond and to answer all questions

My stay was ok. I was not happy to see a half used toilet roll left for us to use for 3 days/2 nights. There were no other toilet rolls so we had to buy some. There was used cotton buds and dirty tissues in the toilet bin. The sofa storage was not specified so we didn’t know there were other clean towels/duvet. The wifi was terrible, I had to work from there and couldn’t keep a stable connection so had to hot-spot my laptop. The TV was so slow and there was no freeview. I had to sign into my own Netflix, bbc iPlayer etc and once signed in, the programmes were lagging so bad. The balcony was a disappointment hence no images. No mop, no more glasses to drink from only wine glasses and the sink tap is too high and the basin is too low so water splashes everywhere. I can see this is a new flat but there are many things that need to be changed. Also, having the toilet in the main room is inconvenient if you have more than 1 person staying with you, may be ok with a small family.

Comfortable, renovated and clean apartment in a great location. Beautiful and peaceful area, half an hour by bus or tube to central London. Very good communication from Luton airport (only one bus no additional transfers). The apartment is newly renovated, furniture are equipment are new. Equipped with all the necessary amenities. Very good contact with the host. We will be sure to choose this apartment again the next time we are in London 😊
