Debbie was such a great host. Very responsive and quick to sort things out. Echo what other people have said about the trains but you quickly get used to it. The terrace is amazing

This apartment met our needs for our 5 week stay. We traveled From USA to Pune. This review expresses our expectations based on the price we paid which would be competitive in US, but was 4x higher than similar in Pune, The basic structure of the apartment good, the layout is spacious. The bedrooms are big. The two bathrooms was nice for us. The air conditioning was great. The host was very responsive to all our requests. The swimming pool was great. Very refreshing and well maintained. The grounds of the Society are nice, Front gate guards were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was pretty slow. Zoom meetings worked, Netflix was interrupted often. Good enough for recreational use, but not for work if it involves big files. Train noise is something to be aware of. Constant loud train horns. Ear plugs for sleeping is a must.

Be not misguided, the only reason for 3 star is location. The property is facing railway station, and the noise from constantly horning trains is terrible. If you have issues with sleeping, it'sa no go. Unfortunately that was true for my fiance. Other than that the apartmentis in wonderful condition, spacious, cozy with wonderful terrace. Host support and hospitality was also great.

We enjoyed our stay. Locations like Pune Camp, Lakshmi road are reachable within 30 mins with cab or auto. We really appreciate caretaker Venkat’s help, the place was cleaned everyday. Unfortunately couldn’t use the terrace much as due to monsoon it was windy and rainy. Apart from the train noise when the windows are open, there is nothing to complain about.
