Freshly renovated in March 2024: Bright bedroom in excellent condition, quietly located and ideal for couples. Comfortable furnishings: Equipped with a 150 cm wide double bed, a wardrobe, en suite bathroom with shower and AC. Private, shared inner courtyard: Enjoy access to a quiet courtyard shared with only one other party. Communal living space: Shared use of living room and kitchen is offered. Kitchen & dining area: Our kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. You'll find everything you need to prepare your own meals. However, if you are missing anything, please let us know. Shared bathroom: The largest bathroom with bathtub and shower is freely available to all guests. Entertainment: A 65-inch TV, a PS5, Netflix and a selection of board games await you in the living room. These facilities are available to all guests. Networking and privacy: In our accommodation, you have the opportunity to meet other travelers, exchange ideas with them and be inspired by their experiences. The apartment also offers plenty of retreats where you can find peace and quiet and relax. Parking facilities: Finding a parking space nearby can sometimes be a real challenge. On request, we therefore offer you access to a garage so that your vehicle is parked safely and securely. Cleanliness around the clock: To ensure cleanliness at all times, vacuum and mopping robots are used in the communal areas. These complement the regular, traditional cleaning and thus ensure cleanliness at all times of the day. What makes your space special: Your room offers access to the outdoor area, which you only share with one other party. Here you can relax, play sports or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.

Great host, the apartment is lovely. Marc made us feel very welcome, was very kind and informed - felt really settled. Any problems that arose were dealt with proactively and promptly. The location was great - local bus stop 2 minutes walk away with services to all over the island. Not in the busiest of Sliema which was preferable but a 10 minute walk to the busiest bits if needed. The facilities were clean, well looked after - the air conditioning was great, the mattress was comfy - and the kitchen was perfect for self catering. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Would recommend this listing and this host to anyone staying.

Das war unser erster Airbnb aufenthalt und gleich so ein Jackpot Marc und seine Jungs sind wahrscheinlich die BESTEN Gastgeber die man sich je hätte wünschen können 😍 Die kommunikation TOP! Marc ist mega cool, hilfsbereit und aufjedenfall verlässlich und übrigens riesen DANK nochmal für den grill abend! Die Lage ist auch sehr toll bushaltestelle keine 2 minuten entfernt und man kann alles gut erreichen, die gegend sehr ruhig kurz und knapp alles wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zusehen! keine 5 sterne sondern 10!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ DANKE für alles
Marc is probably the BEST host we could've asked for! Super responsive, kind, friendly and always willing to help and share his thoughts, insights and recommendations. He really helped us around, shared really great places to visit, things to do, places to see, food to eat and gelato to enjoy :) The place was exactly like described. EVERYTHING is in walking distance: restaurants, cocktail bars, pizza places, pubs - you name it! Just a few feet away and you are at Peppi's place, you can have breakfast-lunch-dinner and enjoy the view. Ferries can take you anywhere - Valletta is 5 minutes away. Highly recommended place & host. Will be back for sure!

Located just a minute's walk from Exiles Beach and Balluta Bay, our accommodation in Sliema offers an exciting and vibrant neighborhood that is ideal for both relaxation and adventure. The bus stop is just a minute away, giving you easy access to transportation anywhere on the island. This lively yet quiet neighborhood embodies the charm of Sliema and is the ideal place for visitors looking for both culture and fun.
For shopping: Leave the building, turn left and turn left again at the T-junction. After about 50 meters you will reach the 'Old College Mini Market', where you will find everything for your daily needs.
To the 'Antik' bus stop: Turn left after leaving the building, then right at the T-junction. The bus stop for Sliema, Gzira, Ta'Xbiex and Valletta is diagonally to the left on the other side of the road. If you want to go to St. Julian's, take the bus stop on the right.
To the beach 'Exiles Bay': After leaving the building, walk a few meters straight ahead towards the water.
Balluta Bay, St. Julian's, Paceville: Walk left along the coast and you will reach 'Balluta Bay'. After another 15-20 minutes walk along the coast you will reach St. Julian's, Paceville.
Trip to Valletta:
