Welcome to Sage Haven at Windy Acres Farm! This newly constructed custom built home is 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom and spans 988 square feet. This amazing layout comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring 5 beds and ample indoor and outdoor space. Ideal for families or groups of friends visiting Central Oregon on a budget without compromising on comfort. Situated on a 10-acre property in the highly sought-after Tumalo area, enjoy breathtaking views of the Three Sisters Mountains, Broken Top and peak of Mount Bachelor. You will have a little over an acre to Rome and play! We provide farm fresh eggs for each booking! Fresh veggies (when in season) and a taste of one of Central Oregon’s specialty craft beer companies, we rotate options from over 26 local breweries! The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, boasting brand-new Café appliances that can be controlled via Wi-Fi or manually. Additional amenities include a countertop cooktop, built-in microwave/oven combo, blender, crockpot, pizza stone, baking bowls, and measuring cups. Cafe drip coffee maker with dark and medium roast whole bean coffee, coffee grinder. For teh tea over we have a selection of tea as well! The cuboards are stocked with oils, seasonings, sugar, and flour, and there's a countertop bar area with seating for 4. The living room features a 55” smart TV, two swivel chairs by the windows offering mountain views, a 4-seater couch, and extra stool/pouf seating. Our laundry room serves as a welcoming space with a shoe basket and brochures of local attractions, alongside a full-size washer and dryer. Complimentary Clean People laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with high-quality sheets, a down comforter, and a selection of pillows (soft, medium or memory foam). Additional amenities include a smart TV, built-in drawers in the closet, two robes for the hot tub, a fan, a steamer, and USB port touch lighting beside each bed. The master bath features a stand-up shower with a tinted glass door for privacy, a phone holder inside the shower, an LED mirror with anti-fog functionality, and under-cabinet lighting. Toiletries such as cotton swabs, cotton pads, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Best part is the no touch wave toilet! Bedroom 2 offers bunk beds with two twins above and two queens below, with a safe built-in stairway and upper railing system. Each bed is equipped with swivel lights, shelves with USB ports, charging cords for all phone types, and multiple pillow options (soft, medium or memory foam). This room also includes a smart TV, a dresser with games, and a closet with drawers and hanging areas. Four robes for the hot tub, a fan, a laundry basket, and suitcase stands are also provided. Bunk room bath: features a large mirror with dual sinks, under-cabinet lighting, and a tub. Toiletries such as cotton swabs, cotton pads, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Best part is the no touch wave toilet! For families traveling with children, we offer a potty seat, toddler stool, highchair booster seat, Pack and Play with sheets, sand toys, sleds, floaties and games. Pet-friendly accommodations: We accept a maximum of 2 dogs with a one-time flat $50 pet fee. This is a STRICT policy and we will not make exceptions for more pets! Amenities for dogs include bowls, treats, poop bags, a soft pet blankets for the ground, a couch cover, black dog towels, crates. While pets are not permitted on furniture, we understand they do not always listen so we request the use of provided items to maintain cleanliness. Pets must go with you and not be left alone inside the home unless you crate them. Central Oregon is very pet friendly so we suggest you make sure they can go enjoy and explore with you. Pets should be crated when left unattended. One Kennel is provided in the shed for use (30" x 18" x 21") , we also have a small dog crate for those under 10lb, you will need to bring your own kennel if the size will not work or you have two dogs. The outdoor space is unfenced, so we advise using a leash for dogs prone to running or not listening otherwise they can play to thier hearts content. NO CATS ALLOWED. Outside: The covered front patio has seating for 4. On the patio you will find seating for 8, large fire pit table, brand new Artic hot tub and a BBQ for the chefs who love to grill along with a spectacular mountain view! Complete with outdoor lights for ambiance. Kids can climb on large rocks and explore under the trees. Note this house does not have grass surrounding the home as it is located on our end field/pasture that is currently being worked on. We hope to have green pastures by 2025! In the shed: Guests will find additional amenities such as a small cooler, 6 portable chairs, 4 floaties, sand toys, sled, and a portable air compressor. These items are inventoried by our cleaning staff after each stay and must be returned before departure. Any missing or damaged items will incur charges. Please leave floaties inflated. Life jackets are not provided, so please bring your own. Guests assume responsibility for their own saftey/use of these items. The small/medium sized dog kennel/crates are also inside the shed.
