+ My townhouse will tell you my unique experiences as a shoemaker in a Chinese Thai family with the 7 bedrooms+7 bathrooms inspired from different experiences with space almost 400 SQ/M. + A perfect retreat for friends, couples and family. + Fully-Equipped Kitchen with appliances, kettle, toaster, oven, pans, dishes, utensils & basic supplies. + A Large Living Areas with TV, Cable TV + A Garden in front of the house. + Near city center, 5 mins walk to BTS. 1. This room is called "The Gothic" which I got inspiration after I watched the movie ' The Phantom Of The Opera ' The story comes out and I would love to make the fantastic bedroom. This room I mixed & matched, used iron foldable gate from the old house to decorate of the bed head wall, black fantasy mirror, black & white stripes cabinet. 2. A perfect retreat for couples, friends, family who love design and stylish room/ boutique home. As around here is pretty quiet and friendly neighborhoods, not suitable for party. 3. The 24/7 self-service check in, after your reservation is confirmed. I will send all description how to check in & check out by message, e – mail or the other chat applications. 4. Luggages to bring up to high floor? My townhome has 6 floors. Please do not worry we have the luggages lift to help you carry your luggages to your room and back down ( regular check in time ). 6. BEDROOM & BATHROOM; + You will have your stylish bedroom & ensuite bathroom. I supply basic toiletries; fresh bed linen, a choice of pillows, towels, big duvets, body soap, hair shampoo, tissue paper, hair dryers, hanger rails for your clothes. + Room No.3; Gothic Bedroom + Bathroom ( Rain Shower ) = King Size Bed. + Air-Conditioning and fans throughout. + Comfy memory foam hotel standard mattress. + Water shower heaters facilities. + This bedroom has the built - in closets. 7. COMPLIMENTARY: + Fiber optic Internet wifi 50/20 mbit. + Cable TV, DVD at the living room. + Soft Breakfast; Snack Items, Tea, Coffee, Condiments, Fruits, Bread, Drinking Water, Homemade Jam, Butter on Arrival ( Self-prep ). + Basic Toiletries; fresh bed linen, a choice of pillows, towels, big duvets, body soaps, hair shampoos, hair dryers, tissue papers, hanger rail for your clothes. + Maid cleaning rooms and common areas everyday during 8:00 – 17:00, no cooking & no laundry clothes. 8. KITCHEN: + I supply some Soft Breakfast; Snack Items, Tea, Coffee, Condiments, Fruits, Bread, Drinking Water, Homemade Jam, Butter on Arrival ( Self-prep ). + Fully-equipped kitchen with appliance; microwave, a fridge, toaster, oven, blender, kettle, rice cooker, pans, pots, dishes, bowls, utensils, basic supplies, iron and ironing board. + I don't supply fully breakfast but only a few minutes walk has great food at the restaurant and so many street food trolly around. + As I do not provide the washing machine but I still have the laundry service which It is reasonable price ( clean & good ). 9. AIRPORT TRANSFER/ Transportation service can provide for the guests without extra charge. The guests pay directly to the transportation company. They know my house direction well. If you needed this, please let me know before in advance.

周围都是当地人的住宅，平时买点小吃路边摊的很方便，离BTS5分钟，要到景点和大商场也方便。房东人很好，有求必应，屋子设施挺齐全的，够用，推荐入住。
非常好的一次住宿经历，之前名次出行都只选酒店住宿，第一次使用BNB，也是第一次带着小孩子旅行，原本非常忐忑，但是遇到了Anne这位热情、细致认真又有爱心的房东，原本无助的假期变得颇有滋味。房间干净整洁、作为一个专业设计师她把房间布置得别有洞天。虽然Anne的房子不是专门为孩子设计的，但为了方便我们她特意把自家的浴盆和餐椅搬来借给我们，非常贴心。房子距离BTS轻轨步行5分钟的距离，BTS非常方便价格略贵，但是比出租车方便且安全。位置上距离繁华闹市并不是很远但却很安全，选择住在这里比较适合喜欢安静的旅友。当然最重要的是有一个专业认真又热情可爱的好房东，还有她可爱热心的家人。如果再去泰国旅行一定会再住这里。
I didn’t actually get to stay with Anne because of some work being carried out near the property. Anne kindly arranged alternate accommodation and even bought me lunch! I hope to stay with Anne next time I visit Bangkok.
I had a great stay at Anne's place. The room is gorgeous and everything works perfectly. The shared spaces of the house are also great. Anne is super friendly and always available to help. Highly recommended.

Situated in a lively residential area only 300m ( 5 mins by walk ) to Bang-Chak BTS skytrain station where you can have easy access to downtown Bangkok. There are many local restaurants in the neighborhood. 7-11 convenience store and local Thai market only 250m away. Only 5 mins to expressway where you can have quick access to anywhere in Bangkok by taxi.
My place is just 5 mins walk from BTS Skytrain, Bang - Chak station.
Easy access by BTS Sky train;
12 mins with BTS Asoke station where you can interchange to subway.
15-20 mins with BTS to Siam Square and MBK shopping center.
30km (30-45 mins depending on traffic) to both Suvarnabhumi and Don Muang Airport.

I am Anne, a Thai Chinese fashion designer. I was born to a 3 generation shoemaker family in Bang Chak, Bangkok. Growing up in a family of makers, I am inspired to create a dream of my own. I left my job as a full time fashion designer in 2012 to set up my dream project, the WiNNiNE; Cozy Home. I enjoy travelling and use most of my travel and designing experiences as my inspiration for this house. I self-studied interior design and building principles after leaving my job, renovated my family’s townhouse on Sukhumvit 95, and transformed the house into a unique and stylish place amidst the sleepy, traditional village setting. Each of the seven rooms has a unique story and is decorated with furniture and art pieces that I have collected over my years of travels. I designed this house in memory of my family's heritage in shoe-making. The name "WiNNiNE" comes from a combination of my late father's name (which means discipline in English), Win (which means winner) and the number 9 (which symbolises good luck in Chinese). While the house has 7 rooms inspired from different experiences, the elements of shoemaking and shoe design are incorporated subtlety to write a single WiNNiNE story. My place will tell you my unique experiences as a shoemaker in a Chinese Thai family. I hope my story inspires you to explore a different side of Thailand, and my hospitality makes you feel like home. My family and I enjoy meeting like-minded people from all over the world and would like our guests to experience true Thai hospitality. I look forward to having you at my place.
