This rental is a spotless, well-designed, compact and efficient unit for two. The owner provides exactly what you need, such as hooks, shelves, extra linens and even disposable slippers. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, appliances and coffee, tea and sugar. Thoughtful touches like cold water in the fridge, and a snack tray help weary travellers unwind. And there is even a very efficient laundry stack! Sam answered our inquiries promptly and warmly. Comfortable bed, very quiet street, and a great shower. After long busy days, we happily collapsed. Best stay we’ve had in Toronto!

Stayed one night with my husband and our baby. Great location for access to the Beaches. Having a parking spot was a huge plus. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Sam was a great host - responsive, kind, and accommodating. Thanks Sam!

I cannot say enough good things about Sam and his place! The apartment was spotless with new furnishings and appliances. Sam was also very responsive and even left snacks which was very kind of him. Overall, it was a great place and I appreciate Sam for his hospitality during our stay!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The place was beautifully renovated and sparkling clean. It was situated perfectly near Kew Beach. It's truly the ultimate spot to stay in the Beaches area ! Sam was an outstanding host, maintaining excellent communication throughout my stay. Highly recommend it!
