You may catch a glimpse of the private bison herd roaming on the far hillside. Guests have access to walking trails but not Flat Creek since this is a sensitive ecosystem. The nearby Flat Creek Sanctuary Cabin is also listed on Airbnb and for larger parties, both can be booked together. The access road is dirt and you will need to drive slowly but do NOT need four wheel drive to get to the airstream. Because this is a wildlife sanctuary, no pets are allowed. Service animals are welcome. The service animal must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. In that case, the handler must use voice, signal, or other effective means to maintain control of the animal.
