We thoroughly enjoyed hosting. Even though there was some miscommunication due to internet, but their property was almost clean, apart from electric kettle and some cutlerry with horrible smell.. apart from that everything was amazing, this place is worth of the price and host is always very responsive and calm, so overall good experience….

It was a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, offering calm and peaceful surroundings that made for a truly relaxing stay. Mohit was an excellent host—always available to help with communication and any other needs that arose. The place itself was comfortable and well-maintained. Peacefull surroundings and lots of greenery around. Location is great. Mohith is an excellent host, he accepted the request for early checkin. He helped us find a great place to get some yummy breakfast At the time of writing. Host had multiple stay options in his property. He had a 1BHK, studio room1, studio room2. I opted for the studio apartment 1. Room had all the necessary basic amenties which you can think of- towels, clean sheets, blanket, electric kettle, drinking water, coffee, paper tissue etc Even toothpaste and brush was provided! Most importantly air cooler was generously provided which i was not expecting. it had a attached mini kitchen and attached clean washroom as well. The host has two dogs and one of the dog Milka is very freindly. I got the chance to pet him :) If you don't want interaction with dogs then don't worry they are always chained or caged if guests are around. If you are coming to Udupi then this property is a Great option.

It was very good experience!! Stay was perfect!! Located near to beautiful beaches ! Mohit was friendly and cooperative! He also Recommended some good food places and places to visit!! Overall Amazing experience!! Much recommended if u are planning to visit udupi!
