We had a wonderful stay. The house was quiet , yet close to public transportation and walking distance to many restaurants! Our room was clean and comfortable. The host was very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

This was our second visit to Grace's home (Marie is the booking agent). The house itself is beautifully restored, full of beautiful antique furniture and artwork. And Grace herself is a treasure, warm and welcoming. She has led a fascinating life, which we have discussed at length over the course of our several visits. Her house is conveniently located near public transit, restaurants, shopping and lovely residential streets. Given a choice, we would never stay anywhere else in this area.

I had the most wonderful relaxing stay. I slept so well and felt so at home. The house is lovely and is fun to marvel at the architecture and beautiful artworks. It was very easy to get around town from there. I absolutely loved it.

Grace, The home owner, was in residence the entire time. She was very friendly, kind and available, always trying to make me feel comfortable while I was there. The house is on a private residential street, very comfortable, right on Washington Square, green line to Riverside. Connection to the city is quite easy but walking is very pleasant along a Beacon Street. Suited my needs perfectly, and was really enjoyable. I’d be glad to stay there again. Thank you, Grace.
