My friend and I totally loved the place! Don, the host, is just the best—responsive and takes care of everything for us. We were supposed to share the space with him but ended up having the entire unit to ourselves. Even so, my friend and I stayed in the same room since it's big enough for both of us. The bathroom is majestic! Super clean with lots of towels you can use for both showering and swimming. Speaking of the pool, it's free and Sir Don assisted us in the lobby for registration. The pool is just the best! The balcony is big enough for you to drink your coffee in the morning and even work if you want. Sir Don being an interior decorator shows in how the unit presents itself. The combination of colors and lighting in the unit is perfect! My friend noted how work-friendly the space is—you can work anywhere! There’s so much to compliment! We booked for only 1,141 PHP, and 2 days 1 night wasn't enough. We'll definitely be back to this hidden gem!

First off, Don is an amazing host! Super responsive even before my stay, and when I finally met him, he was super kind and clear with all the instructions. The place is so cozy and full of cool art. You can tell a lot of thought and design went into it. Plus, it's spotless! The bed is super comfortable, and the couch and living room are a one-of-a-kind experience with all the warm yellow lamp lights. But let me tell you about the views! The sunset and night views from the balcony are probably the best in Metro Manila. You get this awesome mix of nature and cityscapes, with sights like Laguna de Bay, the Pasig River, Mt. Bataan, and the skylines of BGC, Makati, and Rockwell. Honestly, this place beats any hotel! You've got Don's great hospitality, a cozy vibe, all the amenities you need, THE VIEW, a chic bathroom, and a squeaky clean kitchen. It's definitely my top pick for a staycation!

TOP-NOTCH HOST Was a bit hesitant to book a shared room but what a great experience it turned out to be! Don gave us the warmest welcome, a quick tour of the place (the pictures don’t do it justice) and reiterated that it’s a shared space — that he’d be staying in the other room. First the space: it’s clean and spotless as one should expect, but you’ll see the level of thought put into designing the place. Modern, eclectic, each corner filled with things that are just soooo nice to look at. The clever use of light and color would just make you want to curl up, stay in, and bask in the space, despite all the gastronomic options around Kapitolyo. But the real highlight is Don — super helpful, gave great tips on coffee shops and restaurants around and even indulged us with a round of drinks and hearty conversation.

Don is a ROCKSTARRRR!!! I seldom write reviews but this is well worth my time. NOTE: I have a lot to say! 🤣 1. When we got there, we were greeted with a smile and professionalism by Don. We were introduce with the features of the unit and how things work. 2. Let’s get to the unit. Pheewww!!! THIS IS A GEM!!!! Apparently, Don is an interior designer and it shows! It is extremely cozy, well-lit, and flawless! He had FREE snacks, drinks, candies. That’s crazy for the rate that Don set on AirBnb. Typically, unit owners just leaves you with basic stuff like towels, shampoos, soap but Don even has his perfume collections inside the bathroom. Bulgari, Lacoste, etc. FREE TO USE!😁 3. Parking was supposed to be paid but Don went out his way to set it up for us for free. I wish I can write more positive things but I only have a few characters left. 😅 BEST AIRBNB UNIT myself and my girlfriend has been to and we had plenty so that speaks a lot about this unit. Thank you Don! 🙏🏿

Our stay was an absolute delight. The unit was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The bathroom is spacious and amenities are complete. We shared the unit with the host (Don stays at the other room) and he was incredibly respectful of our privacy while still being readily available for any questions or assistance we needed. The place is IG worthy 📷! It has a peaceful atmosphere which allowed us to relax and recharge without any disturbances. Select this place whether you're traveling for business or pleasure.
