Located in Drôme Provençale, 10 minutes from Grignan, 30 minutes from Montélimar and Orange, and less than 1 hour from Avignon and the Ventoux, La Moutière is an 18th-century bastide surrounded by outbuildings. The 2-hectare property, set amid lavender and sunflower fields, is bordered by a river, a stream and crossed by a canal with a water wheel. Over the course of its history, it has successively been a silkworm cocoon reeling site, a pottery, a tannery and, from 1964, a family vacation home.
