Newly renovated and fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment on 2nd floor with private entrance, only 2 blocks / 5 minutes walk to Seven President's beach in Long Branch. ***We have 2 seasonal beach passes for you during your stay. ***PARTY or LOUD MUSIC are not allowed*** ***No smoking*** Price for 2 guests. The house is small, but very nice, clean, and newly renovated. It is in a quiet neighborhood and the tenant lives downstairs, so you really can’t be that loud, however at a perfect, short distance from pier village and the main beach strip with all the restaurants and stores. That being said, the house did have a lot of ants, hosts claim that has never been an issue before but we were only the third party to ever stay in the house. Additionally, we had an issue with the number of guests and instead of communicating that with us, the hosts waited until the day of check out to bring it up, plus tried to charge an additional $350. I understand the frustration, but it was made a lot bigger than it needed to be.
