Newly remodeled 4-bedroom home, including a private studio, that is a 2-min drive to Red Rock Scenic Byway (Route 179) & 5-10 mins to popular locations such as Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Chapel & Tlaquepaque, and surrounded by captivating views of Wilson Mountain & Twin Buttes. It has a pool & hot tub, full kitchen, AC, WIFI, smart speakers / Home Assistant & smart TVs. We’re a married couple with a dog who often stay at the Casita on the property during fall/winter to go mountain biking. The Home - Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a small TV - Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a work desk and monitor - Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom with a king bed, a master bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate bathtub - Private Studio is Bedroom 4 that has a queen bed plus a queen sleeper sofa: description of the space below - hot water for showers - bathroom supplies include shampoo, conditioner, and body soap (we use castile soap) - HVAC system and mini-splits in each room for year-round comfort - smart TV setups - WiFi access - washer and dryer - toddler/kid step stools for bathroom sinks - baby high chair (available upon request) - baby pack-and-play (available upon request) Dining - fully-equipped kitchen - dining space and living room space with a bay window - indoor: extendable table that seats 6-8 people - outdoor, front deck: extendable table that seats 6-8 people - backyard patio: 2 tables to seat up to 8 people Private Studio w/ bathroom (below the Main House) - queen bed - queen sleeper sofa (check photos to see how sofa transforms into a queen bed) with 2 standard size pillows and beddings - kitchenette with hot pan, kitchen sink, mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dinnerware - Chromecast TV - bathroom with shower & tub The Space Around the Home - upstairs is the main home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen - below the home is a private studio unit with a kitchenette and bathroom (separate space and different access from the home) - behind is a backyard patio, with an outdoor grill and firepit, with a path to the pool and hot tub - on the other side of the property is a Casita which we sometimes stay at or rent out. The Casita does share the pool access. You can choose to rent it out in addition if it’s available and you prefer a fully-private space. Listing Access Parking - There is a long roundabout for the property, making parking plentiful. But there are 4 specific parking spaces to utilize: 2 under the carport and 2 off the driveway. IMPORTANT: the carport only has a height slightly above 6 ft. Most cars are less than 6 ft, but some trucks, minivans and crossovers are taller. Backyard - pool, heated during spring and fall (but not typically heated during winter) - spa, available for enjoyment all year - backyard outdoor dining: 2 tables, each table seats up to 4 people - a hammock under the shade of a tree for reading and relaxing You’ll have access to the hot tub, pool, and backyard patio, to be shared with us or renters whenever the Casita is occupied. If it’s only us at the Casita, you can make a request a few days prior to your visit and we can also make sure to give you privacy, if desired.
