Tiny Home Features: Loft (Sleeping area): Embrace the simplicity of tiny living without sacrificing comfort. The 30 foot large Tiny Home makes the most of every inch, featuring a snug 100 sq foot sleeping loft with a comfortable queen-size bed, slanted roof and natural light. Kindly note that guests will ascend box stairs to reach the loft, which offers a cozy, albeit compact, retreat. Also important to consider that this setup may pose challenges for guests with knee injuries or mobility issues. Kitchen: Whip up delicious meals in the kitchen, fully stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, complimentary teas, coffee and hot chocolate. Equipped with a full-sized fridge and freezer, propane gas cooktop, and cookware, our kitchen provides everything you need to create culinary delights. Plus, for those who love outdoor cooking, we also have a full-size BBQ with utensils on the deck. Relaxation Zone: Unwind in the living area furnished with a comfortable sofa/futon and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. The futon is easily adjustable from sitting to lounging to sleeping positions, it also features a split back that allows you to operate its two sides independently, and can be easily converted into a sleeping bed. The living room also features a "wood stove" (propane fed) for that cozy home feel. Outdoor Area: Step outside to your patio area and soak in the beauty of nature. Sip your morning coffee surrounded by lush greenery or gather around the propane fire pit under the starry night sky for cozy evenings. Modern Amenities: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy your favorite shows with a smart TV equipped for streaming. Our cozy tiny home may be small in size, but it's big on comfort for both you and your pets. The surrounding neighbourhood is safe and friendly and you are welcome to take your pets for a walk at any time. Please note that a pet fee will apply, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets supervised and well-behaved during your visit. Additionally, to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of all guests, we kindly request that you bring your own dog beds and food bowls for your pets. Please note that yard is not fenced in, so please keep an eye on them while they enjoy the outdoor space.
