The ground floor expands into an impressive open-plan space, where architectural beams reflect the sunlight across deep and comfortable sofas, surrounding a wall mounted TV. The room continues towards a modern open-plan kitchen, the heart of which is a stylish island, doubling up as the perfect formal dining area. Beyond the kitchen, the entire back of the building opens to reveal a sun soaked deck and private pool and garden. We imagine long stays spent sipping poolside cocktails, followed by a cooling dip in the mineral pool – what could be more relaxing! Upstairs, you’ll find a second living space and a spacious master bedroom with a glamorous bathroom, which has a glorious freestanding bath surrounded by slender blush pink tiles, reminiscent of a Turkish hamam. The rumpus room is an ideal hideaway for kids who want their own space, or is equally useful as an office when you’re working away. There is also a Queen Koala sofa bed in this room, famed for comfort, if you need the extra space. There are a further two bedrooms on the ground floor.
