Kevin is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. He allowed us to check in really early because there was no guests on the day before, which was super convenient and we never had to pay extra. The place is one of two Kevin has, but there are also some local people leaving in the building. That doesn't change the fact that it's super quiet in the area. Place has a nice pool area fitted with speaker, I'm only not sure who operates them because there were nights where they where still playing music after 23:00, but it was quiet enough that we could barely hear it. It's around 25 min walk from the town center, there are 2 markets in close proximity but if you are expecting a good cup of coffee in the morning, you will have to walk. We rented a car, which I think is a must in Aruba and there is a nice spot for the car at the property around the back. The only complaint I have is the wifi, the signal is really bad but even with that in mid it's a great value for money!

Muy recomendado! Kevin es muy amable, desde que llegué me brindó facilidades, me dio opciones de donde ir a comer, rumba, etc. El lugar es cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estadía. Regresaría sin duda alguna.
