This 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment basement is located below the host's home. The unit is accessed through a private entrance. This private cozy space features everything you need. The kitchen is fully functional for meal prep, the living area boasts 2 smart TV's and a professional 9' billiards table with all the accessories. Lounge around, play games or enjoy the serene outdoor patio. This space has been frequented by many friends and family and they insist we share it with others! This apartment basement is NOT for those with mobility restrictions. Guests will need to traverse the steps leading to the private entrance as detailed in the photos. Once inside guests will find the space cheerful, welcoming and spacious.

Linda & Douglas's beautiful basement apartment was spacious, private, and quiet. They went above and beyond to think of everything you might possibly need. They had the best snacks I've ever seen in an Airbnb, an extremely well-stocked kitchen, beautiful, white, puffy bath towels, and the most gorgeous billiard room. Even though it's a basement apartment, we were very comfortable with 4 of us feeling like we had our own space; plus, they have a beautiful patio outside the basement that you can sit viewing nature on your own. To top it off, Linda had cupcakes & a balloon for my son out on the table when we walked in since it was his birthday. Hosts & this home do not get better than this!
