Our stay at this apartment was disappointing. Despite the promising location, we encountered several issues that impacted our experience negatively. Firstly, cleanliness fell short of expectations, with noticeable lapses in thoroughness. The absence of extra blankets was particularly inconvenient, considering Johannesburg's chilly evenings. Furthermore, the security concern of an unlockable sliding door was unsettling, despite assurances about the safety of the estate. However, the presence of ants throughout the apartment, especially in the kitchen, lounge, and bathrooms, was the most distressing aspect. Additionally, the unreliable WiFi hindered our ability to stay connected. The lack of communication regarding the geyser being switched off resulted in an unexpected inconvenience. In summary, while the apartment's potential was evident, the numerous shortcomings significantly detracted from our stay. The host did allow us to check out late, Thank you.
