Matthew’s house is a great place to stay! He’s a very friendly and accommodating host, and the house itself has been updated and is very comfortable. Please note that it is a shared bathroom space, so much of the cleanliness is dependent on the other people staying in the other room. For the most part, the common areas stayed clean. The location is convenient, as it is right off the highway, however the house is not in the best area of town. There is section 8 housing right around the corner from the house and I would avoid driving down that street at night as it is unsafe. Matthew has cameras outside and a nice security system in the house, which made me feel significantly better about staying! Overall, I enjoyed my stay and think Matthew has done a great job setting up the house.

the home was very spacious giving privacy as well as a nice large bedroom for the ability to unpack and have enough room to not feel cramped. the home was up to date and very modern as well as had a beautiful fenced in back yard with a fish pond which was very relaxing to look at unwind. parking was also very secured and off the street which made my vehicles feel secured. all in all was a wonderful stay
