This listing is a value for money. The place is as advertised — it’s complete and clean. The parking is also available upon request for just ₱200 and a pet fee since a brought a yorkie at the same price too. It’s situated in a very convenient place as there are many stores, palengke, and spas nearby Racquel is very quick to reply and answered all my queries promptly.

I truly had a wonderful staycation here! The kitchen was well-stocked with all the basic ingredients I needed. There was an air fryer, a microwave, induction hob, plates, cutleries, etc. The bathroom was thoroughly clean with good water supply and hot water. The AC cooled down the place pretty well too which made my stay very comfy. I enjoyed relaxing on the bed and on the couch while watching TV. The wifi was decent and I was able to work during my stay. The building is located just walking distance from the main street but it was still quiet and peaceful inside the unit. It was very convenient having a lot of stores nearby, there's a 7-eleven, supermarket and food shops. I tried getting a Grab delivery too and there were so many nearby food options. I would definitely comeback at Ten Nine! Racquel was very accommodating and I appreciate all her help while I was at her place. Hope to be back again!
