The cabin features rustic mountain materials throughout, including Appalachian poplar bark siding, Mountain Laurel railings and stacked stone. That is for member use only. - Outdoor TV covered for weather from November-May. ** - Wood burning fireplace can only be used with Duraflame Logs. Please do not use split logs in the fire. - Five to seven nights minimum for major holidays. Minimum night stay and rates may vary by season and subject to change without notice. - All rentals at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are subject to a $50 - $200 amenity access fee, depending on number of guests a home sleeps, in order to maintain the facilities and features that guest have access to. Some amenities at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are seasonal and/or subject to certain hours of operation. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website. - The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge. - Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - All linens and towels provided. - This property is not pet-friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home. - Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. - Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund, bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund.
