The heating is centralized and will be on in the building until mid-May as per Massachusetts law. There is an in-window AC unit in the studio that can be individually set. The kitchenette has a small sink, mini fridge/icebox, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and utensils. The bathroom has towels and toiletries. There is a shared kitchen downstairs; it has a dining area, oven, dishwasher, and full fridge, with plates, glass, and utensils. The pantry is stocked with cooking essentials. The shared laundry area is available in the basement of the building, free of charge, but please do not use it between 11 am and 3 pm. Parking is $30 a day. It is first-come, first-served. House rules summary: A Community Safety Charge is run for all guests with a small fee, and a refundable pre-authorized admin hold is required for any incidentals.
